If you have tried a hot tub before and have decided you would like to buy an Inflatable Hot Tub With Water Jets you will find that you don’t have many options. The majority of portable hot tubs come with bubble jets which are perfectly adequate for a relaxing soak in a hot tub but if you want to be able to direct the water massage to a certain area on your body then water jets are what you need. We’ll be giving you and overview of 3 different inflatable hot tubs with water jets so you can see what choices you have at the present time.
PureSpa Jet Massage Spa Set
The PureSpa Jet Massage Spa Set is a brown circular hot tub that is the standard size of 77 inches in diameter with a wall height of 28 inches. The hot tub is meant for 4 people although you might be able to squeeze 6 in if you know each other well. There is a pump included that you can use to inflate the tub and a gauge that you can use to check that it is inflated to the right pressure so it’s not over or under inflated. There is a cover for the tub which has an inflatable liner.
Once you have fitted the pump unit and screwed on the filter you are ready to fill your hot tub. There are marks on the inside so you know how much water to put in then you are ready to put on the cover and heat it up. You can heat up to 104F and adjust it to suit how hot you want it, add the lockable cover so it keeps the heat in and stops any bits being blown into the water.
There is a water softener integral to the system but you still need to follow water maintenance rules so that you don’t create an environment for microorganisms, there is a chemical floater included so you can add chlorine. Finally you’re ready to use your tub and take advantage of the 4 high-powered water jets. These will run for 30 minutes at a time and one other feature on this hot tub is that fact that it heats up the air before it bubbles through the water which heats the water more effectively. SaluSpa Palm Springs HydroJet Inflatable Hot Tub
If you want a circular shaped hot tub which can give you the benefits of water jets and bubbles then you’re in the right place. You need to decide where you’re going to put your SaluSpa Palm Springs HydroJet Inflatable Hot Tub, you need somewhere flat within reach of electricity. You don’t have to have it outdoors, you can place it in a garage or basement as long as you can fill it with water and be able to drain it.
You get a ground mat that goes under your hot tub for some extra protection against punctures and it will also help keep the heat into your tub. Using the enclosed pump you can have everything inflated and ready to fill within 30 minutes. You also get a gauge to make sure you get your hot tub firm but not over inflated.
The material used for the outer of the tub and the cover has a leather look but is triple thickness and reinforced for durability. There are 2 connectors to attach the spa pump to the hot tub, once you have connected them remove the stoppers and attach the filter. Fill your tub to the fill line, set your heater on and place on the cover.
This hot tub has an integrated salt chlorinator so that you don’t have to add chlorine tablets, just add your salt and once it has dissolved set the chlorinator to run until it is at the right level. You will need some test strips.
You have 8 water jets which you can adjust to point where you want and you can also adjust the flow of the water through them incase it’s too powerful. If you are in the tub on your own you can set them all to point to you and enjoy. There is a timer for the heater so you can set it to come on when you need it to. This is a great water jet hot tub if that is your preferred type of water massage and the lack of bubbles helps keep the water a bit hotter for longer.
SaluSpa Hawaii HydroJet Pro Inflatable Hot Tub
The SaluSpa Hawaii HydroJet Pro Inflatable Hot Tub is the pro version because you get the benefit of adjustable water jets and the bubble jets which you can use separately or together. The Hawaii is a square shaped hot tub that is suitable for 4-6 people to use. This hot tub is similar to the one above in terms of quality of the hot tub and the easiness of the setup.
You get the inbuilt salt water chlorinator which makes keeping your water safe much easier to do. It is worth doing a daily check at first till you know that the chlorination levels are steady then you can do it weekly.
There is an added cost to running a hot tub whether it’s an inflatable or not so having a timing option on the heater can help to keep the costs down.
When you finally get into your hot tub with your family or friends you can have the option of bubbles, jets or both and if anyone doesn’t want a strong jet on their back the flow can be adjusted by twisting the bezel on the jet.
If you find that the water is too deep for you there are options of inflatable seats that you can use to sit on for comfort. The SaluSpa Hawaii HydroJet Pro has the most features but is also the most expensive. Check out our full review here.
